Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@bacteriostaticwatersupplies.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.


Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or reshipment for the damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item. We do not issue refunds for these situations.


To be eligible for a replacement or reshipment, the item must be reported within the required timeframe and must not be used, opened, altered, or tampered with.


We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, refused packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we will work with the carrier to review the issue and determine the next steps.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.
