When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. The business day cut-off is 2pm CDT, using FedEx Express. FedEx Express is 2–3 business day shipping. Weekends are not business days. Shipping delivery times are estimated and we do not control shipping speed once FedEx has the package.
I ordered on a Thursday. When will it arrive?
If you order on a Thursday, your package will arrive the following Monday. FedEx does not deliver on weekends, and weekends are not business days.
How much is shipping?
We ship for a flat fee of $15.00.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Any order placed with a PO Box address will be cancelled and refunded.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.
